AquariumLesson is built to encourage respectful, educational, and inspiring participation within the global aquarium and aquascaping community.
Community principle: Share knowledge, inspire others, respect different experience levels, and help create a trustworthy space for modern aquaristics.
Respectful Participation
Users are expected to interact respectfully with other members of the community. Constructive discussion, educational exchange, and positive contributions are encouraged.
The following behavior is not permitted:
- harassment or personal attacks
- hate speech or discrimination
- threats or abusive behavior
- spam or repetitive promotional content
- intentionally misleading information
- manipulation of likes, comments, bookmarks, or engagement systems
- impersonation of other individuals, creators, or brands
- malicious or disruptive activity
Content Standards
Users may submit content including tank profiles, aquarium photos, comments, usernames, profile information, equipment recommendations, livestock notes, and community discussions.
Content must not:
- violate applicable laws
- infringe copyrights or trademarks
- contain malware or malicious code
- contain explicit, abusive, or harmful material
- violate privacy rights
- promote illegal activity
- intentionally spread dangerous misinformation regarding livestock care, chemicals, electricity, or aquarium safety
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they submit to AquariumLesson.
However, by publishing content on the platform, users grant AquariumLesson a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, distribute, format, adapt for platform functionality, and promote submitted content within AquariumLesson services.
Moderation Rights
AquariumLesson may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts when necessary to enforce platform policies, maintain community quality, protect users, investigate abuse or security concerns, or comply with legal obligations.
Moderation decisions may occur with or without prior notice. AquariumLesson is not obligated to publish or maintain any submitted content.
Right to Remove Content
AquariumLesson reserves the right to remove, edit, restrict, or refuse content that violates these guidelines, creates legal or security risks, harms the platform or community experience, contains misleading or fraudulent activity, or is considered abusive, manipulative, or inappropriate.
Copyright & DMCA Procedure
AquariumLesson respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that copyrighted material has been used improperly on the platform, please contact us with:
- identification of the copyrighted work
- identification of the allegedly infringing material
- your contact information
- a statement confirming good-faith belief of unauthorized use
Upon valid notice, AquariumLesson may remove or restrict access to the reported material. Repeat copyright violations may result in account restrictions or termination.
Account Termination
AquariumLesson reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate platform policies, engage in abusive or harmful behavior, attempt to exploit or manipulate platform systems, engage in illegal activity, or create security risks for the platform or community.
Severe violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
Platform Integrity
Users may not scrape or systematically copy platform data, reverse engineer platform systems, automate abusive interactions, interfere with platform stability or security, or misuse calculators, APIs, tools, or community systems.
