- Facilities: Printed and shipped from US/EU/UK and other regional hubs—usually from the location closest to you.
- Duties & taxes: For cross-border shipments, import fees may apply and are paid by the recipient. For select routes (e.g., UK/CA), DDP options may be available where duties/taxes are prepaid.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- Misprints/Damage/Defects: Please submit a claim within 30 days of delivery (include photos and your order ID).
- Lost in transit: File a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Buyer’s remorse / wrong size: Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Check size guides before purchasing—happy to help in advance.
- Wrong/insufficient address: Returned packages can be reshipped once the address is corrected; additional shipping costs apply.
- How to get help: Reply to your order email or use our contact form with a short note (order ID, issue, photos). If the fault is on production/logistics, we’ll replace or refund.
