About this plant
'Flame' moss is recognised by upright, twisting shoots that give a flame-like outline. It spreads sideways relatively slowly, so small attached patches can retain a distinct shape. Fix it to wood or stone, especially where the upright growth can be seen clearly. It grows slowly and can be cultivated with low light.
