About this plant
The 'H’ra' form of Rotala rotundifolia has narrow leaves and shoots that can arch or creep. Strong lighting, fertilisation and added CO2 encourage its orange colour and low, spreading form. Under suitable conditions it can be maintained as a cushion in the midground. Its colour and shape depend on cultivation, so neither orange foliage nor carpet-like growth should be presented as unconditional.
